Soul Centred Therapy
I believe that we all have the capacity to thrive within, despite of what happens to us outside.
Soul Centred Therapy offers you a creative transpersonal approach to psychotherapy. The word psychology comes from the Greek word “psyche” which means soul. Complete healing is holistic; connecting body, mind, and soul enables us to access the centre of our being. The language of the unconscious is symbolic and can be best accessed through our imagination, creative processes and somatic experiences. This specialised approach to psychotherapy does not rely solely on talking because a vast number of our past experiences cannot be accessed through language, those memories live in our unconscious mind and body. This is why the experience of deep holistic healing can be fully transformative.
Creative Arts Therapist and Professional member of IACAT, Transpersonal Therapist, Creative Supervisor and Performing Artist.
The journey through Soul Centred Psychotherapy is a journey in search for your inner centre — your being, where your true self lies, unbroken and innocent.
Sometimes moving away from discussing something just verbally can help us to understand ourselves, our feelings, and our relationships better. Getting in touch with our creativity can also strengthen our confidence, self-esteem, and sense of wellbeing, as well as provide us with new insight and build up our resilience.
The purpose of clinical supervision, is to provide a safe and confidential environment for individuals or groups to reflect on and discuss their work and their personal and professional responses to their work. .
